So in this post i am gonna talk a little about some types of vinegar, that we use for cooking. So, there are five types of vinegar that is: Cider vinegar, white vinegar, red or white wine vinegar, rice vinegar and balsamic vinegar.
So lets talk about them. The first one that is cider vinegar, is made from apples and its strong, and its very good on marinates. The white vinegar, is colorless and sharp and its very good in cold rice and pasta salads. The red or white wine vinegar, this is made by red and whine wine and its perfect for dressing pungent, dark greens. The rice vinegar, very used in Japan and China, yeah rice what else, lol, and combines very well with sesame oil and the last the balsamic vinegar, that its a very sweet vinegar, it can be used in salads, sauces or drizzled fresh fruit.
So that's it. Hope this post will come handy to you :)
